About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management & Engineering to lead product strategy, development, and engineering governance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the full product life cycle, from idea generation through to launch, ensuring all initiatives are commercially viable, operationally ready, and aligned to business strategy. You will lead the stage-gate development process, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure robust decision-making across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
