About The Role

This is your opportunity to join and help lead our Digital Workplace Service Team in Cambridge, delivering a comprehensive digital workplace IT service, including onsite support in offices, teaching spaces, open access facilities and other operational spaces.

Previous customer service experience is essential, while a familiarity with supporting users in a busy corporate-scaled network environment would be advantageous.

Please note that this is a full-time role, on a five-day shift that occurs Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 08:00pm. Given fair notice, some additional evening and weekend work may be required.
