Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Engineering Department Brightwork is looking for a motivated Customer Services & Sales Advisor to join their client's Engineering team within a Nationwide family business. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm – 40 hours, you will be based in Elgin. This family-run company offers an excellent salary, benefits and training package. Salary depending on experience. Your Time at Work Your role will include the below; - Addressing customer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally. - Scheduling routine maintenance appointments with customers while effectively managing engineers’ diaries. - Assessing engineer availability and arranging appointments for non-routine maintenance (e.g., breakdowns). - Inputting accurate updates on maintenance records. - Monitoring the progress of open jobs to ensure they are addressed promptly. - Liaising with engineers. - Raising purchase orders for parts and booking deliveries into stock. - Creating invoices. - Performing any other general administrative duties as required.
