Role: Senior Talent Partner 360
Location: 22 Bishopsgates, Liverpool Street, with 2 days home office!

Your mission
As a talent partner (360), you will create exceptional candidate and customer experiences, represent Elemed to clients and candidates, win new business, build relationships, network, and recruit within your market.

Company-facing responsibilities
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their structure and needs
* Offer strategic and tactical recruitment solutions
* Pitch, negotiate, and develop proposals to serve clients' needs
* Build strong commercial relationships
* Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
* Achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Train new team members
* Lead by example in recruitment practices
Candidate-facing responsibilities
* Manage inherited candidate relationships and nurture new ones
* Run search campaigns online and offline, using creative headhunting and market mapping
* Monitor market movements and reach out proactively
* Manage candidate communications from initial contact to offer negotiation
* Provide interview coaching and career advice, promote Elemed initiatives
* Convert cold candidates into warm prospects
* Use CRM tools to record and manage candidate data
* Uphold company values and service standards
* Drive leads through profiling, reference checks, and interviews
* Handle CV preparation and administrative tasks
* Perform other duties as needed

* Number of placements
* Business development and account growth
* Exclusive/retained deals
* Revenue against targets
* Ratios of CVs to interviews to placements
* Time to fill roles
* Candidate and client satisfaction (NPS)
* Lead generation
* Fast decision-making processes and minimal bureaucracy

What we are looking for
This role suits someone who enjoys a full 360 recruitment process, building relationships, and problem-solving. You should excel at working with people, developing trust, and becoming a business partner.
* Honest, direct communication style
* 3+ years of recruitment experience in a candidate-short, technical market
* Experience in international/EU markets
* Recruitment experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry with strong existing relationships
* Track record of overachievement
* Independent, urgent, and adaptable work style
* Strong search skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, lead generation
* Consistent placements over at least a year
* Resilient, creative, curious, process-oriented, relationship builder
* Second language skills are a plus
