Mobile Commercial Plumber East London (Stratford Base) Up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Were looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse commercial property portfolio in East London.
Location: Stratford (East London)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + company van, fuel card, and deposit float for expenses
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial sites.
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and safely.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
* Communicate effectively with site teams and management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* Full UK driving license.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
