We at Work Lyf are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary arts, with a proven track record in food production and team management. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety while creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
* Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, presentation, and hospitality standards.

Requirements
