Qualifications:
* Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) effectively
* Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, staff, and families
* Patience and adaptability in managing diverse student needs
Location:
* Worcester, MA
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to students in the Autism Sub-Separate Program
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a qualified professional
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
* Monitor and document student progress and behaviors
* Communicate regularly with families regarding student development
* Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
