c£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
6-month FTC, possibility of permanent position
Are you an experienced Employee Relations Specialist ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for an HR professional with strong ER expertise to join a dynamic professional services organisation on a short-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace policies.
* Conduct thorough, fair, and timely investigations into employee complaints and concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations matters in a confidential and compliant manner.
* Analyse trends and provide recommendations to proactively address issues and improve employee engagement.
* Support HR programs such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion, and performance reviews.
About You:
* Proven experience managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced, professional services or corporate environment
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
* CIPD qualification (desirable)
