Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with alarge specialist SEN school in Rowley Regis, supporting their recruitment ofSEN Teaching Assistants needed to supportstudents in KS4 and KS5. This role is offered on a full-time, long-term basis.

About the School
The school supports pupils aged 14-19 with a diverse range ofSpecial Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)including:
* Moderate, severe, and profound learning difficulties
* Autism and associated communication challenges
* Complex medical conditions and physical/mobility difficulties
* Behavioural needs related to medical or neurodevelopmental conditions
Pupils are supported in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, with a focus on tailored learning, care, and social development.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant Level 2 or higher qualification(education or youth-related)
* Recent experience (within the past 12 months)in a similar SEND support role
* Confident supporting students independently and in small groups
* A flexible and proactive approach to working across various needs and age groups
* A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and inclusive education
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education
