Desktop remote and on-site 2nd Line Support Engineer required for external user IT incident investigation, troubleshoot and resolution, (remote and field support). You will be supporting external users on Windows, including cloud services / Office365, infrastructure and connectivity. Key skills; Extreme professionalism and personal presentation Windows desktop & application support Tablet / mobile device Networking; ping, trace route etc. Active Directory, Exchange Server and Office 365;
1. Strong Active Directory and Exchange administrative skills
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
3. An understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
4. A good understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
