Are you a motivated and enthusiastic GP looking for a supportive, well-established practice with genuine flexibility and a varied clinical role? We are seeking a 6 session Salaried GP to join our friendly team at North Avenue Surgery.
What we offer:
· Competitive salary: £11,500 £12,750 per session (dependent on experience).
· Flexible working: We are happy to discuss working days and tailored hours, including alternatives to the traditional session pattern with the option for some sessions to work remotely.
· Manageable workload: Low number of home visits, on-call team who triage urgent requests and ANP visiting team. Docman workflow optimisation minimising letters and results workload. Structured surgeries with no patients added.
· Stable, experienced team: 5 long-standing GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, practice nurse. In-house pharmacist and pharmacy hub support. 2 long-standing mental health nurses, primary care occupational therapist and community link worker on site.
· Transport links: Directly opposite Cambuslang train station, on site car park. as well as park and ride closeby with electric charging points, easy link to M74.
· Bustling local area with cafes and shops a short walk away.
· Indemnity covered by the practice

About the practice: North Avenue Surgery serves a diverse patient population of approximately 11,000 and offers rewarding relationship-based general practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.
