Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Credit Control Administrator based in Dumbarton. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer accounts, assessing credit risk and supporting the wider finance team to ensure strong financial performance and customer relationships.

What you’ll do as Credit Control Administrator:
1. Process new customer accounts and assess credit applications using appropriate credit reports
2. Conduct credit investigations and approve limits within authority, escalating where required
3. Maintain accurate customer data across multiple systems and ensure the integrity of all records
4. Monitor and manage available credit, including reviewing and releasing orders from credit hold
5. Maintain and update credit files, including reports, correspondence and account activity
6. Perform annual account reviews and support ledger cleansing activities
7. Assist with collections of outstanding debts via phone, email and written communication
8. Provide administrative support and contribute to policy management and process improvements
9. Collaborate closely with sales, management and wider business functions to build strong customer relationships
10. Support onboarding and training of sales teams on credit processes and best practices
You are:
11. An organised and detail-focused professional with experience in credit control or finance operations
12. Confident working with data, systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
13. A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
14. Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
15. A collaborative team player who supports wider team objectives and targets
You’ll bring:
16. Experience in credit control, customer account management or financial operations
17. Knowledge of credit checking processes and risk assessment
18. Strong administrative and organisational skills
19. Confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications
20. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships
