The Role
This firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor 4+ PQE to join them in their Employment team in Bournemouth, Dorset.
This is an excellent chance to become a key figure in an incredibly successful law firm. You will work collaboratively with the firm's Corporate and Commercial team to assist the team in achieving its end goal.
The case load will consist of:
* Drafting and reviewing a range of documentation including employment contracts, settlement agreements and HR policies and procedures
* Advising clients on a wide range of employment issues
* Guiding employers through collective redundancy processes and the TUPE provisions etc.
Requirements
* An Employment Law Solicitor 4+ years PQE experience in both non-contentious and contentious matters
* Personable individual with the self-motivation for business development and networking
* Extensive experience dealing with clients directly
