Justice Social Worker - Community Justice (Glasgow)
Location: Glasgow City
Pay Rate: £38.00 - £40.00 per hour
Working Pattern: 4-Day Condensed Week (Full-time hours)

The Role
Working within the Community Justice framework, you will focus on reducing reoffending and promoting social inclusion. Your responsibilities will include:
* Risk Management: Conducting high-quality assessments to manage individuals within the community.
* Supervision: Managing a caseload of individuals on Community Payback Orders (CPOs) and statutory licenses.
* Reporting: Preparing robust reports for the Courts and the Parole Board.
* Intervention: Delivering evidence-based interventions to address offending behavior and support rehabilitation.
* Collaboration: Working closely with Police Scotland, health services, and third-sector partners.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this high-level position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Training: Valid and up-to-date LSCMI (Level of Service/Case Management Inventory) certification is mandatory.
* Registration: Current registration with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council).
* Experience: Proven experience working within a Scottish Justice Social Work setting.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and the ability to engage with service users in a firm yet empathetic manner.
