Solutions Consultant
London (Hybrid) | Approx. £105K | Fixed-Term Contract
As a Solutions Consultant, you act as an advocate for internal and external users, partners, and clients, while also serving as a consultant to internal teams. You leverage your expertise in translating business needs into scalable solutions across the entire user, partner, and client lifecycle. You manage manager-level relationships, ensuring exceptional care and alignment to project goals.
You play a key role in driving solution development, troubleshooting, strategy, and delivery. With strong knowledge of product deployment, systems integration, and organizational processes, you act as an industry specialist in your domain.
Responsibilities include:
* Identify trends and risks in solution delivery and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to mitigate future issues. Contribute to initiatives that enhance delivery workflows and drive solution innovation.
* Define business opportunities, product gaps, and long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, influencing product and solution priorities.
* Create or update repeatable solution content (e.g., best practice guides, tutorials, documentation) and ensure alignment with business needs. Contribute to building business execution plans (BEPs) and reprioritizing tasks as needed.
* Manage project planning, reporting, issue tracking, facilitation, and documentation, ensuring effective progress across working groups.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for complex problems, secure buy-in, and coach teams on new systems and industry developments. Manage and balance escalations effectively.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, advising on best practices to optimize technology use and uncover new opportunities.
* Execute and sustain solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Generate partner insights, participate in business reviews, and contribute to strategies that drive adoption of solutions and technologies.
* Assess product gaps using feedback and metrics, quantify risks, and collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Business Development, Engineering) to resolve issues.
* Design, customize, and communicate solutions that balance user requirements, compliance, and technical feasibility. Contribute to solution architecture discussions and feature requests with product teams.
