Territory: South Central + South Thames (OX down to Dorset across to Kent)
Package: £45-60K basic + 40% commission + £700 monthly car allowance

We are looking for high performing hospital sales reps with a stable track record and proven achievements! You must have sold capital equipment into secondary care or an experience theatre sales rep.

The Job: As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging, yet rewarding role - tasked with growing their account base, identifying new business opportunities, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals.
You will sell a range of specialist operating tables and associated products to clinical and non-clinical decision makers, supporting hybrid rooms within ITU and theatre settings.
Due to nature of capital equipment sales, you will work with long sales cycles and high value deals.
Experience needed:
5. Candidates must have a proven, stable track record in hospital sales
6. Sold capital equipment OR an experienced theatre sales rep
7. Full driving licence
8. Ideally ABPI qualified, it not you must pass within 2 years
9. Hunter mentality, confident and proactive salesperson

The Package for Business Development Manager:
10. Basic: £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
11. Bonus: 40% uncapped OTE
12. Car: Fully expensed company car or £700 per month allowance
