The Role

Brand Hackers are fractional marketing teams for brands with big dreams. We build bespoke teams formed off our full time team & some choice freelancers who support brands scale. We need freelance or contract support to be able to give expert leadership to the brands who come to us, with big ambitions.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Paid Creative Strategist to take full ownership of a well-known, scaling D2C brand's paid media creative pipeline. The role has a strong focus on Meta and UGC-style content.

Your main responsibility will be producing and managing 20+ creative briefs per week, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, performance-tested ads. This is a critical role, requiring a commitment of around four days per week, with 1–2 days in their East London office.

Responsibilities:

* Develop creative concepts, scripts, and briefs tailored for Meta ads (and other platforms where required)
* Own the end-to-end creative production process, from briefing to delivery
* Brief and optimise influencer/UGC content for paid campaigns
* Manage freelancers and creators as needed to deliver assets
* Write copy and messaging that drives clicks and conversions
* Analyse creative performance and refine briefs to improve results
* Ensure brand consistency while prioritising performance outcomes
* Share performance insights with the wider team
* Lead the feedback loop between performance and brand teams
* Own creative KPIs such as ad volume and win rates

Experience/Skills:

* 4+ years' experience in a creative role (agency, DTC, or startup)
* Proven track record creating high-performing Meta ads
* Experience scripting, briefing, and producing UGC content
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for what converts
* Confident managing multiple briefs and deadlines
* Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
* Strong communicator, collaborative by nature
* Data-led mindset with experience testing and optimising ads
