Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll thrive in a bustling atmosphere, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. Your focus will be on delivering both Papa John's and Butlin's brand standards, all while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently.
In this role, you’ll analyze KPIs, facilitate team training, and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety policies. Your passion for leading by example will inspire others to create experiences that truly delight our guests. Regular one-on-ones and personal development discussions will be part of your routine to support your team's growth.

Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas.
Key Responsibilities
* Bring your prior experience in volume catering or food environments to ensure a balance of speed and quality.
* Be guest-focused, handling queries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
* Lead and develop your team through regular one-on-ones and coaching sessions.
* Deliver amazing experiences to our guests, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
* Manage rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes and support other areas of the business as needed.
* Demonstrate your ability to lead teams to success, manage performance, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
