Salary: £23,957 - £25,406 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
CIPD Level 3 Qualification Fully Funded

What You'll Do

As our People Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for staff and managers, providing advice and carrying out a range of key HR and recruitment tasks. You'll:

* Provide first-line HR advice and guidance on policies and procedures
* Draft contracts, letters, and documentation for new and existing staff
* Support recruitment processes from vacancy approval to onboarding
* Note take at meetings
* Keep our HR systems up to date and help produce key reports
* Assist with payroll, pensions, and other HR admin
* Take ownership of specific HR projects and contribute to improvements
* Help develop an inclusive and high-performing working culture
