Job Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a caseload of in-house litigation matters
4. Advising on tenancy disputes, possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases
5. Supporting the organisation on disrepair and enforcement matters
6. Working closely with housing officers and operational teams
7. Assisting in developing best practice and risk management processes
The Successful Applicant
The Housing Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with some litigation experience
9. Ideally familiar with housing law or property-related disputes
10. Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
11. Able to provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice
12. Keen to develop specialist expertise within housing litigation
