Role Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic paid campaigns that promote our educational programs, drive student enrollment, and enhance our brand visibility. Your expertise in Google/Meta advertising and data analysis will contribute to the success of our digital marketing initiatives and overall business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement PPC strategies for student recruitment by creating comprehensive campaigns, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels, monitoring budgets, bid strategies, and ad performance to maximise ROI.
* Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy that aligns with our brand voice and encourages conversion.
* Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) and use analytics tools to drive data‑driven optimisation decisions.
* Collaborate with marketing and web teams to design and optimise landing pages, improving lead quality and conversion rates.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising and higher‑education marketing.
* Create and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including audience segmentation, lookalike modelling, retargeting, creative testing and conversion tracking.
* Build advanced targeting strategies (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest‑based, behavioural segmentation).
* Advise on ad creative development and performance testing.
* Scale winning campaigns and adjust bids, budgets and placements to maximise ROI.
* Establish retargeting funnels from awareness to conversion.
* Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies and stay informed of platform changes.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a paid marketing manager, preferably in higher education.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting and campaign optimisation.
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
* Strong collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with marketing and web development teams.
