Confidence in implementing quality assurance systems and processes. In-depth knowledge of the National Standards and HMIP inspection framework. What the Job Involves The role involves supporting our improvement journey, practice development, and quality assurance activities, alongside training and workforce development. You will join us in advancing our ambition to deliver exceptional youth justice services. Key responsibilities include: Driving innovative practices within the Youth Offending Service. Writing high-quality reports for various audiences. Testing and evaluating practice, including case file auditing. Establishing effective multi-disciplinary and partnership working arrangements. Supervising staff, including managing task allocations and priorities. Skills Professional qualification in Law, Youth Work, Social Work, Teaching, or Probation Recognized Youth Justice accredited training Innovative practice improvement and development Proficient report writing for diverse audiences Case file auditing and process evaluation Effective multi-disciplinary partnership arrangements Staff supervision and task management
