Having vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, Our Client is all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service. Working hours :5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern. Due to a huge increase in enquiries, we are looking for experienced salespeople for our award-winning contact centre in Hinckley making appointments at 1 of 8 dealerships located around the UK. You will be joining an amazing team helping customers select the right car. Converting leads into appointments Take deposits from customers and manage financial transactions efficiently. Work towards the main goal of booking quality appointments at our 8 dealerships across the UK. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our range of vehicles and services. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company. Follow up via email / telephone Delivering excellent customer service Requirements: Target driven and hungry to earn lots of money Excellent listening skills Excellent PC and telephone skills Performance driven Good team ethics Ability to have fun 1-year minimum previous experience in a tele sales, preferably also motor trade experience but not essential A passion for the motor trade industry and enthusiasm for learning about our vehicles. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data and financial transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.
