About The Role
Exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge based in our supported housing service at Newhaven Foyer
At Salvation Army Homes, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support, and resettlement for people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation. As a Night Concierge, you will need to:
1. Get to know and build the trust of our clients
2. Acquire and provide up-to-date and accurate information relating to clients and the service as a whole
3. Undertake any necessary training or personal development identified by the Line Manager
4. Contribute to the Key Performance Indicators set for Self, Scheme, and the wider association

About The Candidate
A Night Concierge will instinctively share Salvation Army Homes' delivery values and behaviors, loving your work, helping people to thrive, and always finding a way to be effective.
You will need to:
* Be a confident and capable communicator, not fazed by difficult situations
* Be able to build trusting, professional relationships and have a high level of resilience
* Take an asset-based approach to empowering people to develop their skills, strengths, and talents
* Have good knowledge or experience of working with homeless people, and/or supporting vulnerable people or groups
* Understand or learn about community resources and organizations that can help our clients
