Director of Marketing / Admissions - Nursing Home

Salary up to $95K Per Year **based on experience**
Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing/ Admissions:
* Establish and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.
* Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and civic organizations to increase visibility.
* Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet admissions and census goals.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positive representation across all channels.
* Identify trends, assess competitors, and use data to inform strategy.
Qualifications of the Director of Marketing/ Admissions:
* Must havelong term care experience
* Must have prior admission and marketing experience
* Must have strong leadership skills
* Must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
* Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality
