About the Role

Job Description
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across the primary curriculum
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensure pupils remain focused, safe and supported throughout the day
* Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners
* Provide feedback to school staff at the end of the day
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Requirements for the Role
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexible, reliable and confident approach to teaching
* Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
* Good understanding of the primary curriculum
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)
