Teaching Assistant – Grantham & Surrounding Areas
Location: Grantham, Sleaford, Corby Glen and nearby villages
Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply / Long-term
Start Date: Immediate or flexible
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Grantham area.
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
✅ What You’ll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people
* TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred but not essential)
* A proactive and nurturing attitude
* DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
