As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, though training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. A positive attitude, good energy, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues are also important. Being considerate and kind in all interactions is a must.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
