National Commercial Sales Manager
The Role: BMS Performance are working in partnership with a long-established independent business in the interior tile market to onboard a dynamic, pro-active, and commercially astute National Commercial Sales Manager to work with the leadership team to drive a sales strategy which will achieve an ambitious growth plan over the next five years. Selling a beautiful range of internal wall and floor tiles, the National Commercial Sales Manager will initially operate in a stand-alone business development role for 9-12 months, aiming to enhance the brand in the market, engage with new tiling contractors, and begin discussions with specifiers working on commercial projects. To support this, you will have an internal sales team of four, marketing support, an integrated CRM/ERP system, and access to lead generation tools such as Glenigan. After initial success, you will begin to build a Business Development team to further grow the commercial sector, leading eventually to a Commercial Director position.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Have a proven track record in Field Sales selling to contractors & specifiers nationally
* Ideally come from an interiors/aesthetic construction product background
* Passionate about sustainability & environment
* A history of success in new business development
* Experience in onboarding new salespeople and team growth is a plus
* Full & Clean Driving license
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 basic salary DOE + 20% OTE (annual bonus) + Electric Car + Pension + 25 days holiday
