Qualifications: CIPD Qualified. Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry. In depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and collaborative approach with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.
