This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone ready to kickstart their career in pensions. You'll be part of our Pension Administration Team, helping to manage the pensions of thousands of scheme members across Kent. You'll be part of our Pension Administration Team, helping to provide the best in class service to scheme members of the Kent Pension Fund. Your day-to-day will include:
Responsibilities
* Handling a variety of administration tasks for members joining, leaving, or currently in Kent Pension Fund
* Using systems like Altair to process casework (some involving financial data)
* Communicating with customers and external organisations via phone, letter and email
* Providing excellent customer service with sensitivity and professionalism
What were looking for
* You dont need pensions experience - just a willingness to learn about pensions and a great attitude! Were looking for people who are:
* Organised and able to prioritise
* Clear communicators and customer focused
* Flexible and team-oriented
* Confident with IT (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Qualified to GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Maths and English (or equivalent)

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
