Temporary Receptionist
Starting: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Hours: Monday - Friday, must be able to offer flexibility to work the shift patterns of 8-5pm and 9-6pm. Candidate must also be able to provide ad hoc evening cover as and when required to assist at events
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour
Based: Edinburgh City Centre
What You'll Do:
Serving as a first point of contact, meeting and greeting all visitors
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Managing and scheduling appointments efficiently
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Booking and set up of meeting rooms
Ordering Catering, Stationary and Stock when required
Providing hospitality support at company events and meetingsWe would like the person to have:
Previous experience in a Receptionist or Hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
