What you’ll be doing:
* Lead Development Efforts: Take charge of the front-end development process, guiding the technical direction and architecture of our projects.
* Enhance Core Projects: Work on key initiatives using React, Next.js, and JavaScript, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge, robust, and scalable.
* Collaborate and Inspire: Partner with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, setting new standards for web development.
* Drive Innovation: Implement new features and improvements using React and Next.js to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Build and Maintain Design Systems: Develop and manage component libraries and design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability across projects.
* Storybook Expertise: Utilize Storybook to document, test, and showcase UI components, enabling seamless collaboration with design and development teams.
* Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Stay at the Forefront: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
What you’ll have:
* Extensive experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your leadership in delivering complex projects.
* Expertise in React and JavaScript, with in-depth knowledge of server-side rendering, Next.js, and modern frontend tools and libraries.
* Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
* Hands-on experience with Storybook for UI component documentation and testing.
* Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, and driving best practices.
* Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly applications.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
