Overview
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Audit Project Leader (Technology Governance and Technology Risk Management) to join our global Technology and Cybersecurity assurance team in Internal Audit. This role is located in London (Hybrid - 4 days in the office).
Responsibilities
* Leveraging knowledge of technology governance, risks and controls to assess, plan, and deliver risk-based audits.
* Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Engineering and second line of defense to assess governance and risk management practices, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
* Executing risk-focused audit work in accordance with Internal Audit policies, methodologies, and standards to identify meaningful issues, risks, and exposures.
* Acting as a subject matter expert for Technology governance and risk matters across Internal Audit.
* Working alongside team members or functioning as an "in-charge" on audits and/or regulatory validations, leading the way with your expertise.
* Applying advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex issues and find innovative solutions with minimal day to day oversight.
* Identifying automation opportunities and actively advancing recommendations for Data Analytics and AI solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Demonstrating leadership through work guidance and training of less experienced peers and providing valuable advice to business leaders.
* Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
* Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving audit methodologies, contributing to the advancement of the team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in an Audit / Technology / Risk field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
* Extensive years of total work experience required.
* Experience in evaluating technology governance and risk management practices in a complex organizational setting.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
