Job Title: Distribution Centre Manager
As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
1. Lead cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental sustainability.
2. Implement change to foster a safety-first and improvement-oriented distribution culture at all levels.
3. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are exceeded.
4. Enhance employee engagement across the site.
5. Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities seized.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure confidence and consistency in service delivery.
7. Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including maintaining the O licence.
Qualifications and Skills

* Project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, focused on results and engagement.
