Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, gym floor interaction, leading inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
* Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
* Deliver welcoming and engaging tours to prospective members, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Conduct engaging group exercise classes.
* Provide informative member inductions.
* Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
* Conduct club standards checks, ensuring accurate record keeping as per JD Gyms procedures.
* Support members with ad hoc assistance as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness standards at the highest level as set by Gym Management.
* Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
* Operate in a safe and legal manner at all times.
* Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in daily operations.
* Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
