Our client, based in Hemel Hempstead, is looking to bring on a Lettings Manager to help drive their branch forward. They are a forward-thinking agency who are always on the look to build and develop their brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or an established Lettings Manager.
What they are offering the successful Lettings Manager:
1. Up to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

Day To Day Duties of a Lettings Manager:
9. Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
10. Encouraging the team to achieve KPI’s
11. Encourage your team's development and progression through performance meetings.
12. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
13. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
14. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
15. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
16. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
17. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
18. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
19. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
20. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
21. Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
22. Ability to work under own initiative
23. Good telephone manner
24. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
25. Attention to detail
