They’ve got a steady flow of mortgage valuations and Home Reports, strong relationships with lenders, and a genuine commitment to letting surveyors get on with surveying, not admin chaos.
What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out Home Reports, mortgage valuations, RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys.
* Managing a varied residential caseload across your region.
* Working closely with clients, homeowners, and lenders to deliver consistent, high-quality advice.
* Using modern systems and support functions that make your life easier, not harder.
* Representing a brand that’s genuinely trusted in the Scottish residential market.

* MRICS or AssocRICS is essential.
* Experience in residential valuation and reporting.
