Reception Clerk We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team, the role is originally set as a fixed 12 month contract although there may be opportunities to secure a full time position within the business. Your responsibilities will include Ensuring PODs are returned by Drivers Checking PODs against worksheets to ensure all are returned on a Weekly basis in a timely manner Ensuring PODs are signed Scanning PODs onto internal traffic system Logging and posting PODs to customers in line with the customers requirements Liaising with Customers regarding POD queries, both by telephone and e-mail Being in regular contact with drivers General office admin as and when required The ideal candidate should have a good standard of education, and have experience of working in a busy office environment, have strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
