We are supporting a major high-class vehicle manufacturer in strengthening their diagnostics capability within the climate domain. This role focuses on developing robust diagnostic strategies that support both service operations and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and validate diagnostic strategies for climate systems
* Lead system design logic reviews, DFMEA and failure analysis
* Drive root cause investigations and define corrective actions
* Design and validate health check routines across hardware and software updates
* Use TOPIX, MSOSA, UDS and OBD II protocols to ensure diagnostic accuracy and compliance
* Work with vehicle networks including CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet
Must-Have Skills
* Proven experience in automotive diagnostics within service or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of system design logic, DFMEA and fault detection
* Hands-on experience with corrective actions and root cause documentation
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools and internal systems
* Solid knowledge of UDS, OBD II and vehicle communication networks
Good to Have
* Experience in climate control systems
* Degree in automotive, electrical or electronics engineering
