Electrical/Robotic Control Specialist
Location: Lancaster, WI
Our client, a well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI, is seeking an Electrical/Robotic Control Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for multiple controls projects and will be capable of all phases of a controls project including: component selection, network design, AutoCAD layout, device troubleshooting, PLC programming, HMI design, and onsite installation.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Shift:Full-time, First Shift
* Hours:Monday Friday, 7:00 A.M. 3:30 P.M.
* Pay:Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support controls projects through all phases including component selection, network design, AutoCAD layout, device troubleshooting, PLC programming, HMI design, and onsite installation.
* Apply electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry.
* Generate electrical schematics and BOMS in compliance with established company standards.
* Assemble and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
* Design and develop all aspects of programming and electrical engineering activities for new projects and make improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications:
* Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and Drivesexperience with Allen Bradley, Cognex, Omron, and Keyence strongly
* Familiarity with vision programming such as Fanuc iRVision, Cognex, Omron, or Keyence
* Experience with Fanuc robot programming
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
