In expansion of the Administrative team, we are looking for Customer service & Operation Representative to support the growth.
The Role:
* Customer services
* Processing stock order using in-house software.
* Printing orders on Shopify
* Replenishing stock weekly using stock intake excel sheets.
* Importing weekly sales into the system.
* Transferring stocks.
* Making New-in styles live on website.
* Processing Returns
* Other administrative duties to help Head of Retail.
Skills Required:
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
* Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
* Passionate, Dynamic and enthusiastic
* Work well as part of a team.
* Good in excel
