We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a property and accommodation business that supports both student and private tenants. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone with previous front-of-house or reception experience, who enjoys providing excellent service and doesn't want to be tied to a desk all day. General Information Full-time / Permanent Mon-Fri / 10am-6pm Starting salary of £26,310 (rising to £26,810 after successful completion of probation) Location: Victoria Park, Manchester, M14 (onsite role) Very occasional weekend work About the role As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for new student arrivals from around the world, helping them settle into their new home and supporting tenants throughout their stay. From handling enquiries and preparing tenancy agreements to conducting property viewings and inspections, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact. What you'll be doing: Acting as front-of-house for visitors and handling incoming telephone and email enquiries Welcoming and assisting students, private tenants, and their families Preparing tenancy contracts and related documentation Updating records and reports using Outlook, Excel, and Word Ensuring tenancy levels remain high and responding to tenant needs Being the first point of contact for complaints and supporting debt recovery Organising and conducting property viewings, inspections, and tenancy agreements What we're looking for: Experience in reception, customer service, or administration is essential Confident communicator with a good standard of written and spoken English Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional manner Able to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team Comfortable dealing with a diverse and international client base Organised and detail-focused Knowledge of residential tenancy contracts is a bonus, but full training will be provided Please apply with an up-to-date CV.
