About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors are outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, providing excellent service to customers. They support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and helping achieve sales targets.
Main duties include:
1. Developing customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
2. Assisting with product promotions through telephone and electronic communication
3. Fulfilling customer needs regarding parts orders and queries
4. Contributing to team performance and personal benchmarks to optimize results
5. Coordinating with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure timely deliveries
6. Enhancing product knowledge via internal literature and e-learning portals
Working hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts.
About You
Ideal candidates will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key skills include:
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
* Organized with attention to detail
* Customer-focused and target-driven
* Motivated by sales and resilient to rejection
* Willing to learn and develop
* Team player with independence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* IT literacy
* Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is beneficial but not required
