You will also manage claims from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of care. The role involves working in a busy environment, handling a high volume of calls and emails, and working with the team to achieve first call resolution.
Ideal Candidate
Previous customer service experience, ability to work in a busy environment, passion for delivering excellent customer service, confident telephone manner, and good team spirit.
