About Buckler’s Lodge Buckler’s Lodge is a modern residential and dementia care home in a purpose-built setting in Crowthorne, near Wokingham. It is a vibrant 24/7 community where residents and their families enjoy award-winning residential and dementia care. The location offers:

Role
Bank Care Assistant (Nights) You will
* Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice
* Assist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning
* Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet
* Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment
* Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence
* Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility

* An understanding of the needs of residents
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
* Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
* Experience of providing care (Desirable)
* Experience of working with elders (Desirable)
