Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join a well-established business that designs, manufactures, and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine, and Rail Traction industries.
Role: Senior Key Account Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a customer focused individual, who is experienced in managing and leading a group of key account managers for several high-profile OEM customers from around the globe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure that Napier Turbochargers is the supplier of choice for all current and new engine platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators.
Develop and execute customer service policies and procedures tailored to clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business with existing clients.
Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
Ideally you will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relations or account management, preferably within the OEM sector.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
