A private sector organisation is recruiting for an RTA Claims Handler/ Administrator based in Belfast.
Your new role
As an RTA Claims Handler/Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth progression of Road Traffic Accident claims from initial instruction through to resolution. Working closely with senior team members, you will:
1. Review and process iing claim information in line with internal procedures.
2. Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records throughout the claims' lifecycle.
3. Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues to gather information and progress cases.
4. Ensurepliance with relevant guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Provide administrative support to legal professionals, helping ensure cases move efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone confident working in a fast-paced claims environment with strong attention to detail and excellentmunication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:
6. Previous experience in claims handling—ideally with exposure to RTA files or a similar insurance claims environment.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing information.
9. Confidentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with case management or claims systems.
11. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
