Mortgage and Protection Advisor Location: Bicester On Target Earnings: £60,000+ Our client, a leading and well-established estate agency brand, is currently seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their dynamic team in Bicester.We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional who can enhance the homebuying experience through expert mortgage advice. Key responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to support and drive mortgage business
* Attract and convert new business while working to professional and performance targets
* Provide clear, tailored mortgage and protection advice that supports the full customer journey
* Attend regular branch meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment
What you’ll need:
* Full CeMAP or industry-recognised equivalent
* Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and communication skills
* Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
