Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Romsey. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain organized records and data entry processes.
- Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including associated documentation (full training provided)
- Liaising with freight companies and booking shipments via online portals
Requirements
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
Job Details
£13.45 per hour
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
